For the brownie base:
1 cup (8 oz) of semisweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 c sugar
1/3 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

For the pumpkin filling:
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
3 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
spritz of lemon juice (optional)
