3 Large Eggs
1 Can of Pumpkin Puree (15 ounces)
2 and 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons of Pumpkin Spice
1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Cup of Milk

For the Icing:
1 Package of Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 Cup of Shortening
1 Stick of Butter
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
3 Cups of Confectioners Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon (for garnish)
