1/4 cup chickpea juice (reserve from can)
2-3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
sea salt and pepper, to taste
paprika and/or cayenne for garnish (optional)
