4 stalks Chinese greens, cut and rinsed clean
1 tablespoon fried shallots
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon cold water

Sauce:
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Pepper to taste
