4 cups water
2 cups rice
2 lbs. ground turkey, or beef
1 - 10¾ oz. can cream of mushroom soup - I used mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1 - 10¾ oz. can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. milk
2 cups (16 oz) cooked peas
Shredded cheese for topping
