2 Pounds Hamburger browned, drained (seasoned with taco seasoning optional)
Large Can Refried Beans
8 oz Block of Colby Jack Cheese (shredded)
8 oz Block of Pepperjack Cheese (shredded)
2 Cans Enchilada Sauce
Scallions chopped
