1 medium beet
1 medium yam
1 medium granny smith apple

Sauce:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 small bunch fresh basil
1/4 cup cashews
1 garlic clove
1 tbls olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:
Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tsp lemon zest
cashews (whole)
1 bag of frozen prawns
