1 C Water
1/2 Yellow onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, finely diced
3 Tbsp Frank's red hot sauce
1 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 Tsp Dried oregano
1/2 Tsp Dried basil
1 C Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 C Cheddar jack cheese, grated
1/2 Container Ricotta cheese
1/2 Box Mafalda pasta
1/2 Package pepperoni
Salt and pepper to taste
Serve with chopped parsley (to your preference)
