I made this one up based off some other recipes for gingerbread mocha.
1 tablespoon of chocolate morsels
3/4 cup hot coffee – I used Dunkin Donuts Gingerbread Cookie
3 tablespoons creamer (I used half and half but you can use gingerbread flavor, pumpkin spice)
Top with Cool White (or whipped cream if you prefer) and a little nutmeg or cinnamon.
Place chocolate morsels in a mug and add hot brewed coffee. Let sit for a minute or so and then whisk with a fork to blend chocolate and coffee together. Add creamer and then top with cool whip and spices.
Yield: 1 cup
