A simple snack recipe which is especially made on Chathurthi and offered as a prasad to Lord Ganesha. Try it and let me know.

Ingredients

For outer dough:

Rava - 1 cup

Sugar - 2 tbsp

Salt - a pinch

Water - 2 cups

Ghee - 1 tbsp

For stuffing:

Coconut - 1 cup

Jaggery - 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Dry ginger/ sukku podi - 1/4 tsp
