Kingfish (Visvon or Surmai) is marinated with spices and herbs for few minutes and then coated with semolina, after which they are shallow fried to crisp.

6-8 Pieces or Steaks of Kingfish
1 Teaspoon Mexican Chili Chipotle spice
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
2-3 Tablespoons Olive oil
Some salt
1/2 Cup Rava/Sooji/Semolina, for coating ( You may also use breadcrubs)
