Goat curry or Mutton is one of the spicy , sizzling gravy prepared using tender goat meat cooked in lot of Indian Spices and coconut paste which is best if served with Indian bread.
Ingredients
1 lb(400 grams) Goat meat
1 Big onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic ,Grated or paste
1 Cup tomatoes, chopped
10-12 cloves
10-12 black pepper corns
1 Inch Cinnamon stick
1 Teaspoon fennel seeds
2-3 black cardamoms
3-4 Bay leaves
10-12 Green chilies chopped
1 Tablespoon red chili powder
1 Teaspoon turmeric Powder
1 Whole bunch of kadi patta/Curry leaves
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
Some water
For Marination :
2 Tablespoon Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt
For Coconut paste :
1/2 Cup dry or freshly grated Coconut
1/2 Inch Ginger
2-3 Garlic Cloves
Little Water
Preparation
