One Pot Pasta with Broccoli - This is a pasta recipe with broccoli which originated in Puglia and Calabria, it's easy, fast and cheap - as well as very tasty!
Ingredients
1 large or 2 small heads of broccoli
2 cloves garlic, chopped into a few pieces
6 anchovy fillets, roughly chopped (optional)
2 small dried red chillies, chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
5 tablespoons of Cenzino organic extra virgin olive oil
360g Pasta Gragnano Penne rigate
Grated Parmesan
