¾ cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup soured cream
1+1/2 cups all-purpose flour
5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Crumble topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup cold butter, chopped into small chunks
1/3 cup light brown sugar
