The Stuffing

3 zucchinis

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 garlic clove finely chopped

1/2 tbsp olive oil

1 sprig epazote

1/3 cup of ricotta or requeson cheese

Salt to taste

A dash of fennel powder

The Sauce:

3 tbsp of sour cream

1/2 tsp powdered onion

1/3 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp of beef or chicken broth powder

1 tsp butter

3 tbsp of whiskey
The Mashed Potatoes

½ cup of dehydrated mashed potato flakes

1/2 tbsp of butter

Abundant pepper

Salt to taste

1/4 cup of milk

1/2 cup of warm water

1/4 tsp of powdered garlic
