Sesame & Peanut Noodles are best served cold. It keeps the peanut butter from being too liquid and the vegetables have a nice crunch. Cooking the noodles ahead of time and letting them cool first is optimal. And, if you have a peanut allergy, please note, you can still enjoy this dish. Just substitute Sun Butter for the peanut butter!

12oz your preferred noodles, cooked and cooled
1/2 cup peanut butter or Sun Butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots
11/2 cup finely chopped or shredded cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped or shredded radicchio
