1 medium onion
finely chopped
6.4 tbsp extra virgin organic olive oil
6.4 tbsp white wine
3.5 oz butter cut into cubes
5.2 oz gruyere cheese grated
Fleur de Sel
ground black pepper
parsley finely chopped
