Ingredients

Serves: 36-48 balls depending on size

4 c shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ c Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
8 ounces cream cheese
6 eggs beat
12 ounces of Panko bread crumbs (mine were seasoned)
1 ½ c vegetable oil (I use half canola/half coconut oil I buy)
wax paper/non stick surface that can go in freezer
